500 Days of Summer

Starts out just a little bit too precious, but gets good about halfway through. The Zoey Deschamel character moves from an object to a person. In a similar way that the director shoots the buildings -- quirky close ups -- the Summer character is shot, until she asserts herself.

For a movie that talks about dowtown Los Angeles architecture, it didn't show enough -- talk about the Fine Arts Building, but no shots of the lobby?
Anyway, worth watching (My office building is in the background of the dance sequence. Cool)
