Another Johnnie To Hong Kong crime extravaganza. More far fetched premise than other movies of his (at least that I've seen), but a lot of fun.A brilliant, disturbed and retired detective "sees" the personalities that others have within them. As a result, he seems to live in his own world. He also was able to solve the unsolvable crimes back in the day.
A younger detective who remembers him when, asks the mad detective for help in a particularly tough case.
