1950’s French crime movie, and one of my favorites. Remade a couple of times, once as The Good Thief, and ten years ago inspired Hard Eight. An aging gambler/small time crook wants to pull off his last heist.

Here's the deal:
This is where we suggest DVDs that we have seen and liked or that friends /family may have missed. We try not to review them so much as give an impression, as if we were talking about the movie. Essentially, "You gotta watch this one."
